WHY NOT TURN CLIFTON HALL INTO A MUSEUM?
Clifton Hall, due to its position and its age, is rather a white elephant, but it could be used in the community sense, as a museum with a centre for arts, culture and local history. The Woolworths building, located on Southchurch Drive, would make a fine emporium or indoor market. The Woolworths Emporium could be a business outlet for art, literacy and community work, produced at a creativity-based Clifton Hall.
