TUDOR GRANGE RAISING MONEY FOR HAITI

The residents, staff and friends of Tudor Grange Residential Home in Radcliffe-on-Trent have been knitting blankets to donate to the people affected by the Haiti disaster.
Donna McDonald, home manager, told The Local News: “The residents feel as though are doing their bit to help. They spend many hours joining in a knitting circle where they enjoy conversations and plenty of tea and biscuits.
“We would like to thank everyone for has worked endlessly to help with this project and for all the donations of wool. If anyone would like to join us or donate any unwanted wool, please feel free to drop in, the kettle is always on.”
