EMBARRASSED AT CLIFTON
Is it just me or does anyone else feel ashamed when coming past the shops opposite the library in Clifton? The flats above look a mess and are a disgrace. I have always been proud to say I live in Clifton but am embarrassed when friends come to visit and they come along Southchurch Drive.
It’s about time they cleaned up that area and got rid of the outdated stalls which they call a market. Let us get some decent shops instead of having three frozen food stores, as well as Morrisons.
The people of Clifton deserve better. Lets get in line with Arnold and Beeston – they have a Next store and a Dorothy Perkins.
