They aim to get your mower working as well as economically possible so your garden looks its best.  Upping your green credentials by regular servicing postpones mower replacement and saves energy in all senses. Being able to rely on your mower without having to struggle to start it and then finding afterwards that the results are poor makes servicing worthwhile.
Is the machine worth repairing? You get an honest answer, because they do not sell new machines and know where to get replacement parts for older machines. Restoration of often better built British lawnmowers being their speciality.
Returning customers receive a loyalty discount on servicing, and there is an emergency mowing service if your lawn has grown out of hand. Sharpening of tools is a special skill.
