BRIDGE BEAMS LIFTED INTO PLACE ON A46
Bridge beams have now been lifted into place on the A46 near Owthorpe and Cotgrave. The work was carried out to install the beams near the Owthorpe junction, as part of the A46 Newark to Widmerpool dualling scheme in Nottinghamshire.
The beam lift required the use of temporary traffic lights on the A46, Cotgrave Road, Owthorpe, and Owthorpe Road, Cotgrave. Drivers are being warned that the road layout has now changed following the installation and to drive with caution.
