WEST BRIDGFORD BOOKIES ROBBED AT KNIFEPOINT

A West Bridgford bookmaker was robbed at knifepoint on the afternoon of Sunday 9th May. A man went into Betfred in Central Avenue at around 5.10pm and threatened the man working in the shop with a knife, before locking him in the toilet and stealing a quantity of cash.
The offender is described as white, 5ft 11in tall, of medium build, with short fair or ginger hair, and was wearing a green jacket. He also had acne scarring on his face and spoke with a Scottish accent.
