NEW RECYCLING SITE

Rushcliffe Borough Council has a new recycling site at the sports pavilion on Gresham Park Road. The Wilford Lane area was not covered by a bring recycling facility, so the Council took the opportunity to have a secure site at Gresham. At the site residents can recycle:
- Clear, green and brown glass, collected by the Council’s in-house crew
- Textiles and shoes – collected by NPAC (Nottinghamshire Police Aid Convoys) – a local charity that sends clothing out to Albania, states within the former Republic of Yugoslavia and Africa.
- Paper and card, collected by a local reprocessor, Smurfit Kappa.
- Tetra Pak, again collected by a local reprocessor, Recressco.
