BANDS ROCK FOR CRIME VICTIMS

A charity gig by two of Nottingham’s top bands, Splinter Cell and the Mucky Pups, raised about £400 for Victim Support in Nottinghamshire. All the proceeds will go to help victims of crime in Nottinghamshire, as well as witnesses at court. The event was at the Britannia Boat Club by Trent Bridge.
West Bridgford band, Splinter Cell, rocked the house until midnight with a great set. Victim Support’s Regional Manager, Joe Brazil, said, “What a fantastic night by the banks of the Trent. The Mucky Pups were so good they got everybody in the mood for the fantastic Splinter Cell. An excellent event.”
