RUSHCLIFFE 10K FUN RUN 2010

2010′s Rushcliffe 10k race will take place at Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington on Sunday 7th March. The race starts at 10.30am and will be chip timed for the first time. A 2k fun run will also be held on the day, starting at 10.45am and is open to all. The 10k is suitable for runners aged 15 and over. The course involves two circuits of the country park and is off-road (traffic free). There are mementoes for everyone taking part and prizes for the winners in various
categories. Cerebral Palsy Sport is the official charity of the Rushcliffe 10k. The charity helps children and adults with physical disabilities improve their physical and mental well being through participation in sport.
